I recommand using a protection BMS circuit for the 3 batteries in ~11V (~12.8 when fully charged (Voltage might be different depending on the type of battery)).
The operationnal Amp is a 5V Step-up module.
!!!This is just a quick build I made to know if it will work on my battery pack. Be careful when using Lipo batteries!!!

Is it better using the first (+) or the last battery (-) for the 5v module?
