I recommand using a protection BMS circuit for the 3 batteries in ~11V (~12.8 when fully charged (Voltage might be different depending on the type of battery)). The operationnal Amp is a 5V Step-up module. !!!This is just a quick build I made to know if it will work on my battery pack. Be careful when using Lipo batteries!!! Do you have any advice for the build? Is it better using the first (+) or the last battery (-) for the 5v module?

The nominal voltage for a LiPo cell is more around 3.65V. Take 4.25V as absolut maximum and charge stop inducation.

Hey thanks for the info, I'll fix it right now :) The Lithium batteries can get messi sometimes with the voltage. I've seen 3.6 written on them, just like 3.7v.
