An op-amp is not like a step-up transformer in power electronics.
It amplifies voltage, but only for signals, not for delivering power.
A step-up transformer converts voltage for real-world power, like boosting 12V AC to 220V AC.
So although the circuit here is functioning correct with 220 rms but op-amp is not ideal for delivering power to consumer and loads.
