Just found it in one of my old notebooks from high school. Seems like a nice circuit - it even has partial frequency control via the potentiometer.

Nice. I suppose it’s a VCO with the base of the leftmost transistor being the input.

Wow, changing the simulator speed on this circuit makes the lag from the program updating everything pretty clear on the graph. Never noticed that before.
