Adjust the potential meter resistor from 99%(0v) to 1%(150v), the LED remains on without burning out. It works up to 100v then it save the LED from being on at all.

I solved that issue, thanks! :-D This circuit is pretty hard to make it accurate to regulated, because it's a digital function.
