It works just like an hbridge with two transistors. Probably transistors wont hold long with higher voltages but fewer amount of components are present. I think it may work for sth.

how about induction heater. remove one transistor, redundant in logic, replace left transistor with IGBT, increase voltage, bring coil cap into resonance, voila you are finished with your design induction heater. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/4855166154309632
