Hey look at that! Good job man you managed to maintain the same output current through all three positive states- not such a big deal if it were another type of gate but RTL NAND doesn't like to play along in most cases I've seen. So yeah, good stuff- now if you can make that happen with just two BJTs, you'll be the man, man!.. X^)
