Just a few words about the circuit would be helpful.

The 100k resistor on top divided by the 10k resistor going into the inverting input (-) controls your gain , this circuit gives you a gain of 10, changing the value of these resistors will change your gain

If you delete that 100k resistor you will see that the signal turns into a square wave , which dc is not good for speakers in the long run , that 100k resistor is needed as a feed to prevent the signal from peaking to the supplied voltage
