Change the value of your capacitor to 1uF, otherwise nice circuit.

@lensrulz Why 1uF cap tho? Maybe the application for this circuit requires the ~150mHz. Good advice would be, to add a 100nF capacitor between the control pin(5) of the IC and ground. This is good practice (as also stated in the IC's datasheet) and could avoid, that the floating pin creates slight shifts in frequency.
