They can trace you, and if what you are doing is illegal, they can prosecute you. My suggestion is, if all you are doing is to harass some one, it is illegal, go back to all the pages that you have done this on and delete the offense, at this point in time, I do believe that he has got the message that he might have annoyed you. Don't do anything that will end up with legal action.

Trolls live in the belief they are anonymous and act in a manner deserved to be arrested for harassment. This fool's latest acrimonious messages have completely spoilt my kids experience of this educational app. To which I and many other people paid for. The trolls are merely bored freeloaders.

So wait, you paid for the app, created an account, just to bash on LeButch? I think you should rethink your life's choices, spoiled brat. Why waste money just to bring harm (if we can even call it harm) to one specific user? You could have spent that money on Doritos and Mtn Dew (or beer, I don't care), or a Twitch subscription to Forsen, where thousands of trolls like you hang out. Yet you did what you did, bought an educational app, and started saying dumb stuff. Have you got nothing better to do in life? You just probably sit in your mom's basement and have never seen the light of day.
