trans imepedance opamp circuit :- 0.4 volts from dac is given to non inverting terminal 10 k ohms resistor acts as strip resistance when we apply blood the resistance decrease and output voltage increases .
Vout= Vin + I strip * Rf
I strip = voltage at inverting node/ 10k ohms
