It is a simple circuit . Main work is done by the transformer.If you all want more power then add darlington transistors or mosfets to the output to increase the output of the ic. I used a TIP3055 mosfet but the amplification was so high that the coil burnt out and ic too wasn't in good condition . Next time I added a darlington transistor BD139 and the result was good the power bounced to 40 KV. NOTE - the inductance of primart coil must be between 100 to 120 micro Henry to get a good result. Use a heat sink or cooling fan for ic to prevent it from being burnt
