Connect a antenna to base side of transistor and a antenna to Emitter side of transistor

It works if you simulate the static with a noise amplifier, and increase the voltage to 3.5 volts and the shake it.

Also the left led is going to kill your signal input so get rid of it, and the right led the cathode needs to be disconnected and reconnected to the collector of the transistor.
