To simulate biasing of this power Mosfet, I scaled votages by a tenth factor whilst current in the output loop is a 10 000th of the real current. So, the quiescent values are Vgs=5 V, Vds=10 V, Id=20 A
The resistors on the input are the actual values, whilst current and supply voltage are reduced by a tenth and the value of the source reistance is 
10 00 greater.
