Connecting LEDs in parallel, especially if they are of different colours, the way you do, is not a good idea. Reason is that LEDs have different forward voltages, with the effect that the lower voltage LEDs pull voltage down lower than the higher voltage LEDs like, resulting in different currents through LEDs. You'd rather treat each LED with it's own current limiting resistor.

Here's what happens if forward voltages of red LED is just 0.1 Volt lower, and blue LED 0.1 Volt higher: http://everycircuit.com/circuit/4928246630842368 - in reality are differences bigger than that.
