Solved - Help. MOSFET does not activate.

What am I doing wrong? :/ There are 10V at the gate, but the resistance between Drain and Source is still more than 1k (10V/9.8mA). What do I need to change to have a Logic Level MOSFET? I'd like to have about 0.05 Ohm or less at 5V.
