Will work, but if you apply two logical units of the circuit will burn.

P.S. The base resistance of transistors need to count, depending on the types of transistors and the desired current in the circuit

place a dummy logic gate of your choise and tune it to operate with 10V. Go down from 12 to 10V supply voltage for your H bridge and its working fine. Hope this helps.
