Binary to decimal to 7 segment

It converts from Binary-Decimal-7-segment "8" display. After its on "5", it will go "off" intil it repeats back to "0".

@rubhdez21- the circuit is operating exactly as it is described, take a look. It goes: Binary (lower left), to Decimal (upper left), to 7seg (on the right). Binary side is counting 0-7, but the other sections only display 0-5 like he said..
