Good, you can add spdt to choose betwwen resistors, different zener power need different current.

I am using this circuit when i dont no the Zener value or Power, you can try diferent resistors to change the Current, but If you set a high Current on zener anode, may be you will destroy you Zener or diode, Sorry If my english is bad, iam Brazilian. This circuit is called Current mirror.
