Can be used to sense battery voltage.  Red for low,  green for ok,   and orange for poasible overcharged.  With the car on, the orange light will possibly be on so this circuit is more for batteries that are not being charged.  Switch the battery voltage to see how this circuit works.  Would be handy as an in dash module.  Enjoy and leave some coments
