Simple inverters with different channel length. The longer the length is, hysterisis appears dominantly. Can anyone explain this behavior? Sry for my bad english

Right, good observation! Actyally its not a hysteresis caused by feedback like a schmitt trigger does. Its a delay caused by RC time constant. C parasitics is left and right the same ~ 10pF. Each mosfet with 5pF. But left you have factor 200times higher resistance of mos drain source path. So if you put an 2nF cap at right circuit the time constance are equal again.
