Tips:
-  It is possible to build this circuit with a CMOS 4017 (quad XOR ports) and a CMOS 4027 (Dual JK Flip Flop).
- Calculate power supply and resistors according to the final implementation.
- Add protective diodes and filter capacitors.
- Add driver for interfacing the motor. May be ULN 2003.
