It needs a power source, and a "1"(+) or "0"(-) for the inputs. It would be easier to put resitor from gnd(-) to the switch and input(for every input) and also you need to hook the switches to a positive source.

Se necesita una fuente de energía, y un 1 ( +) o 0 (- ) para las entradas . Sería más fácil poner resitor desde GND (-) para el interruptor y la entrada ( por cada entrada) y también es necesario para conectar los conmutadores a una fuente positiva.
