MOSFET memory

Can someone tell me how this thing works ... What is inside mosfet to act like that .. I don't know how to use mosfet so don't answer with non normal words !?!...

MOSFETs are a tipe of transistors, composed of three layers of doped silicon supported on a thin layer of a metal oxide, the gate is isolated from the rest of the circuit and acts as a small capacitor. What you call memory MOSFET is essentially the gate, as a capacitor, conserves energy and makes the silicon more or less conductive. Do you understand?

the mosfet gate is a capacitor. you charge it and discharge it. when you push the top button, it charges the gate capacitor.
