Low powered NAND gate

"NAND" Gates are the most important that all of the logic gates. It saves amperage when a circuit uses more than 100 NAND Gates. Maybe it's slow, but it's very useful for slower frequency(<1MHz).

Its very slow with upto 100Hz. The challenge is to have a good compromise out of speed and power. You focused a bit to much on power and forgot speed. A computer clocked with 100Hz would need years what normal ones do in millisecondes. And the total amount of power might be even worse because there is always a little constant offset which is for slow and fast versions equal. Keep it up!
