Yes its there and its numerical noise. The point is, even it would be a huge amount of energy (in this case its extremly tiny) you have to harvest it first to make it useful. Try to turn it from moving useless back and forth into another form of energy, like heat at a resistor. And try to make it significate! Anyway, its only very little numerical rounding noise, almost nothing.
