A nice way to show how to use the OpAmp as open loop comparator... and surely to conquer the girl you like.
LEDs are turned on/off by four OpAmps comparing the rising/decreasing voltage at the negative pin with the fixed reference at the positive pin.
The fifth OpAmp is just a buffer.
