I'm working on a resistor + transistor logic example circuit too- your example here is interesting. I've just started to study the foundations of logic so I'm curious about your 'improvements'. Like the PNP's involvement, and the huge resistance value between the NPNs. Care to share?..

I have a big interest in logics. I tried to raise the resistance to make it more efficient. There's many ways to make RTL.

Nyc one though can u temme wat is a logic gate ?? Is it a transistor or some other device ??

It's a set of Transistors to make the input functions on the output. For instance, "NOT" means the opposite(invert of "YES"), "AND" means it has to take all of the inputs, "OR" means it take any of the inputs, "NAND" is the invert of "AND", and "NOR" is the invert of "OR".
