Nice design but you need to tweak a few things. The least significant 4bit DACs voltage need to be 1v which is 1/16th of the upper 16v DACs. The LED is 20 milliamp so all the current drives needs upping to 20/16 ma/v which is 1.25ma . You could also adjust the LED's green and blue voltages to same as red 2v to save confusion but it won't really make a difference in your current driven circuit here

I was planning to compute the sums of values (1 + 2), (3 + 4), and (5 + 6), then scale the sums down to be on the scale of x / 5v, and feed that into a voltage controlled current source with a gain of 4 mA per volt.
