Op amp 11.8 voltage trigger -low voltage trigger-

Triggers when voltage source drops below a set value, ehich happens to be 11.8 in this circuit. This value is set via a zenner diode and voltage divide network. The orange trace represents the input (voltage divider network) to op amp, the green trace is the reference (zenner diode). When changing the Vcc value if the orange trace droops below the green the device will trigger.
