Oh, @2cent you are still in linear operation for mosfets and its models in everycircuit? Wow, havn't you said you are not? Dont go that dead end I told you, but you still continue? BTW, if you want and think you can make some quantum jump look for users with 100W mosfet linear audio amp and help them, but please only if you have much enough practical experience. No, then better stop that.
