Trying to figure out how to transmit a hall sensor pulse over a CAT5 twisted pair.

The twisted pair should have 100 Ohm termination at both ends, but the current source seems to limit slew rate so that the termination is not needed. 

Hall sensor has an OC (or OD). It is the the OC transistor after voltage isolation that the logic train is connected to.
