Different Fuzz boxes make slightly different waveforms as electric keyboard with several piano or organ voices do. Using Fuzz distortion for intentional strident tone (harsh or unpleasant sounds) is best done on single note or simple chord but not for complex chords.
Two 2N3565 transistors or similar can be used. Upper left switch is on/off power and lower switch for Fuzz tone or regular guitar tone.
