That's because you set the output limit to 15 V. Raise it to 1 GV (the maximum that EC allows) and you got 8,87 MV

Good but lot of energy are lost to the ground. (I'm not speaking of simulation at all.. Load seem start up good but fell below the limit and stalled at 4.2 seconds)
