Transistor Flip Flop

A simple SR flip flop built using just 2 transistors, and 4 resistors! Works like this: both transistors pose positive feedback to each other identically; initially, they are equally biased, turned on just as much as the other... until you interrupt the amount of curret flowing through one of the transistors, for example: when you press the push button (connected to Vcc) on one of the NPN transistors, it fully saturates for a second, and causes it to turn on, thus pulling current away from the transistor that controls the amount of positive feedback on the one you just saturated for a second, and it latches that way! Pretty cool huh

Pretty sure the transistors latch due to positive feedback.

When the base current of transistor A increases the collector voltage of Qa will decrease, which decreases the base current of transistor B and increase the collector voltage of Qb and forcing more current to the base of Qa, this cycle goes on until Qa is completely ON and Qb is completely off.

Sure, the secret is positive feedback for a simple RS latch

Well I guess I had that backwards, I'll fix it on the description. Pretty sure I've got the right idea though
