Este circuito crea Intermitencia por detección de voltaje gracias, a un sistema de carga alterna, un transistor detectando el voltaje necesario, para cerrar el circuito y la siguiente explicación:

         Cuando V=3v el transistor, conectara el negativo con
            un relé para conectar, el positivo con negativo y,
              Así descargar un capacitor, reiniciándo el 
                 Circuito y repitiendo el mismo ciclo.
