This is an RL Circuit, it has two resistors as the left side charges the inductor while the right side discharges the inductor. When charging you'll see the initial near 5V voltage opposition to the current change which gradually lessens allowing more current to flow. When discharging you'll set the initial near -5V as the voltage opposition is in the direction of the original current -- it climbs up to 0 which allows the current to decrease more over time.
