Full bridge rectifier buck boost charging circuit for  ac generator regulated at a specified voltage . Produce a stabilized pulse of dc current on output side. 
Switch turns on load while still charging batteries at stable rate.

What does the switch responsible for? It doesn't make any difference by pressing the switch

There was some extra stuff in there as I was modifying the circuit. I was testing switches in that area and the effect. Still a work in progress, and open for suggestions. Feel free to modify.
