Was watching the Ocean’s 11,12, and 13 and was struck by inspiration.

Used 3, 5, and 7 Not gate combos for varying oscillators to up count the counters. The oscillators are connected via 3 relays connected to a momentary on switch. 

To operate, simply press the NO button. For now, you’ll have hoot and whistle yourself should you hit Triple 7.

Well, it's Easter to get 2times of 314 and 767 but not 777. But it is a nice example.
