Not working at all. NE555 running at >100kHz you need to slow down sim speed to around 10us/s. 44mH much to big for this frequency 100kHz and will result in a 12V to 11.3Volt converter. Feedback without effect because of cap at pin 5 of 555. Needs DC to be controlled. Output transistor wrong. PNP needs NPN. Diodes in parallel are not a good idea..... Finally, why do you need to transform to 20V....
