The idea behind this trivial circuit game is to understand the basics of electricity : open circuits, short circuits, distribution of currents between branches, voltage division, how a short circuit around a compnent bypasses a current, etc.
Add extra component to complicate the game. Introduce additional independent and dependent energy sources.
Note that the two one ohm resistors are needed to avoid shorting the voltage source with particular configurations involving open and/or closed switches. Otherwise, everycircuit will not work.
