You should explain the circuit/how it works as well as how to use it, or post a link to a site with said information. On a side note have you built this circuit, I found this method a few weeks ago online but have been too busy to actually try it.

I made this with arduino i say you that measure less then 10uh it's just impossible until you don't add a very big capacitor and also measuring more then 1mH gives always wrong results. Good luck

Its a cheap way of measuring inductance and ya may be you are right that RF tank inductance measurement will be problem in this unless we use OpAmps which actually capable of operating at very high frequency in MHz
