Interesting and simple electrical controls on this child's sidewalk car.  Top SPST is foot switch, lower SPST is brake switch. Reduction gear starter (Chrysler has reduction gear starters) motor with belt pulleys give top speed control,  mechanical clutch and brake give control as well.
