Create a 3-way switch when 1 switch has to be SPST

Rather than tearing open a wall to in order to run 14/3 wire for to create a new 3-way switch circuit use a SPDT relay at the light fixture that's controlled by the SPST switch. The relay becomes a remote slave for the existing switch using existing 14/2 wire.

Good one but you can't put the switches on the grounded conductor.
