5v Emergency light

This circuit for emergency light work fine and safely with a lithium battery instead of the super capacitor and a 5v charger as a source. The lower button is for fast charging.

Very nice. If you'd like, you can place a 400 ohm resistor on the bottom of the 2k and ground (base of the first transistor). This will trigger the warning lights at ~4.3V instead.

@GingerKing thank you, but doesn't work for me, can you do it and share the link of the circuit? Anyway i modified the circuit to never over this voltage 4.15v and added a fast charging button. What do you think?
