the collector of T1 needs to be connected to the cathode of LED1, the rest of the circuit is ok. just open the collector - and re-connect it to the other end of the first cap, on it's positive 'pin' ... leave the rest as it is... :) (T1 - the one that draws the 192µA in the sim..)

i i lowered the to-base resistors to 10 k and gave them caps 47µF... :)

Awesome thanks. This had me stumped. It's my first circuit and I had a little bit of action when I put a resistor between and below r2 and r3 lines
