First of all, your pulse train is set to 1KHz and no 1Hz. And why are you feeding it to the output of a 555?

so we remove that cheating logic train at output and correct some wires at left side of 555 and voila in the mention correct time domain from @PrathikP its working slow and fine. No need to cheat. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5847755682217984
