Need some improvements, like some resistor changes to work better at high frequencies, input signal adequation(from 5v of the controller to about all the supply of the driver), soft start system to charge the bootstrapping capacitor and etc.. But that's the idea, make it with discrete components, non-isolated(only for a few Volts of supply) and simple to make it!
I have no idea if it will work IRL, need some dead-time between signals to avoid burn the output FETs, and some other adequations..
I took the ideas for highside discrete driver from a PDF of Texas Instruments about gate drivers, in the original circuit there's no low side driver and it's especially for buck converters
(Yes, sometimes the FETs close together and make 20A+ flow through them, but as i said, theres no dead-time between both pulses, this is why it happens)
I'm open for improvements, feel free to comment!
