Memory Latch made with Relays. Relays set to normally closed will switch to high impedence when current is ran through input coil. Connecting the pole of one relay to the pole of the second relay, the signal at the poles will be the NAND of the inputs at the coils. Then use 2 NANDs to make a latch.
