The secret:    ...use phase shift for feedback (of course with inductors only);  relaxation oscillators are definitely not fast enough!!  This super simple yet very nice oscillator can even reach up to 1.28GHz when using 1nH inductors...  although it probably wont in real life ;)   (but you also have to lower the time scale and use a lower value collector resistor because at such high frequencies, the reactance of the inductors really becomes quite high, and in this circuit there’s 2 of them in series!!)
