Is there a way you can annotate the components of the circuit. Or share BOM of the circuit.

Not that I know of. What I used was two counters, two binary to 7-segment decoders and two 7-segment displays. An alternating voltage or logic train with grounding and the connection according to the circuit. If you have any further questions, please write in the comments. I hope I was able to help you.
